Owned by us. Run by us, loved by us. Orford House was donated to Walthamstow in 1921 as a social club - so every member owns a part of it. And yes, that means it is our centenary year!

We welcome ALL people to become members. We want to preserve the club as a place where all of Walthamstow - young and old and reflecting all of our community - can come, socialise, and feel safe.

The best part of becoming a member is making friends for life and being part of a fantastic local community. Oh, and we have the best 'beer garden' in Walthamstow!

Low-cost, local drinks

We have draught beers and ciders for £3/pint, and the largest selection of local beers you will find in Walthamstow.

Snooker & Pool

We have two full sized snooker tables and two pool tables for the exclusive use of our members.

Darts

We host a darts teams and welcome players from other clubs to test their mettle at the oche.

Lawn Bowls

Members can join our lawn bowls club and the green to the rear of our building - discover a surprisingly competitive and easy to learn sport!

We play bingo every Sunday and host a quiz once a month
